Should any manufacturing fault appear on your Pesavento product within one year of purchase, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase. Depending on the damage, we will attempt to repair it or replace it for you.
- Please contact our Customer Service team with any normal “wear and tear” issues. We will be pleased to provide you with a quote for repair where possible. Please note repairs may take up to 8 weeks.
Product Care:
- Avoid heat sources exceeding 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Avoid any chemical solutions including chlorine, cologne, or perfume that may permanently damage the surface of the piece. Please apply perfume or cologne prior to putting on your jewelry.

If necessary, buff gently with a brush dipped in warm water.
- Ultrasonic Cleaners may be used on a medium setting.

Steam Cleaners may also be used <140 degrees Fahrenheit while holding the piece 5-6” away from nozzle.
- Cotton or microfiber cloths may be used to clean your Pesavento product. Do not use silver or specialty cleaning cloths as these may contain substances that erode the gold finishes.
Marco Dal Maso Warranty:

- Should any manufacturing fault appear on your Marco Dal Maso product within twelve months of purchase, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase. Depending on the damage, we will attempt to repair it or replace it for you.
- Please contact our Customer Service team with any normal “wear and tear” issues. We will be pleased to provide you with a quote for repair where possible. Please note repairs may take up to 12 weeks.
Product Care:
- Cotton or microfiber cloths may be used to clean your Marco Dal Maso products. Do not use silver or specialty cleaning cloths as these may contain substances that erode the gold finishes.
- Water and natural soaps may be used on Silver products.

- Leather pieces should be stored away from direct sunlight as this will prevent color fading. If the leather pieces get wet, blot with an absorbent cloth then reshape to dry in a cool, dark place.

- Tatiana Fabergé SA guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing and material defects for two years provided pieces are cared for and worn with normal “wear and tear”.
- Should any manufacturing fault appear on your Tatiana Fabergé SA product within twenty four months of purchase, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase. Depending on the damage, we will attempt to repair it or replace it for you.
- Please contact our Customer Service team with any normal “wear and tear” issues. We will be pleased to provide you with a quote for repair where possible.
- Please note repairs may take up to 10 weeks.
Product Care:
- Gently wipe the product with a damp microfiber cloth.
- Do not use silver or specialty cleaning cloths on your Tsars Collection pieces as they contain chemical substances that could ruin the enamels and gilded products.
